#3940 reflective sheeting is composed by micro-prismatic film, non metalized, engraved in a clear synthetic resin and sealed in an air layer by a thin layer, coated pressure sensitive adhesive, covered with a release liner.  It can be used for traffic signs of highways, city roads signs, retro-reflective marking for cars, bumper stickers etc.
